MOUZ – After just a few weeks into the new season, the German organization made the decision to shake things up by replacing Aurimas “Bymas” Pipiras in the starting lineup of MOUZ with the Israeli player. “Bymas” Pipiras played for MOUZ last year.
xertioN, who is 18 years old, is the most recent player to graduate from MOUZ’s academy. He follows in the footsteps of dám “torzsi” Torzsás and Jon “JDC” de Castro, who were both promoted earlier this year.

Bymas caught off-guard
Many people were taken aback by the announcement, especially considering that MOUZ appeared to be on the rise. The previous season of competition came to a close with the team finishing in second place at the Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 and making it to the playoffs at the IEM Cologne. After returning from the player break, they were successful in their very first attempt at qualifying for the IEM Road to Rio Europe RMR.
“It was very unexpected and saddening to hear the news a few days ago,” Bymas said. “I joined TeamSpeak for a practice day and was told I was getting replaced.
“It was very unexpected because I thought things had been going well for us later after reaching the Cologne playoffs and qualifying for the RMR. But the team decided to make changes, and I fully respect their decision and wish them nothing but luck.”
